Security Awareness Training

Planning and preparation:
It generally starts with an onboarding meeting with the contact person in the company. Our system house partner decides whether we should take over the correspondence. On request, we take over 100% of the security awareness training, so that our partner has no effort and does not need to provide any staff. During the onboarding meeting, we identify the customer’s individual security risks and challenges and develop a tailor-made training concept based on this.

Selection of content:
Based on the identified risks and needs of the customer, we select relevant training content for the security awareness training, covering topics such as secure password use, phishing attack detection, safe surfing on the Internet and compliance. Here, too, our system house partner decides to what extent he or she wants to be part of the process.

Methods and formats:
To ensure maximum effectiveness, we use a variety of training methods and formats, including interactive presentations, entertaining videos and quizzes. This variety of methods and a sophisticated incentive programme ensure a good participation rate among employees in the security awareness training.

Implementation of security awareness training:
Our experienced IT security experts conduct phishing simulations and actively integrate participants into the learning process on our proprietary e-learning platform. We encourage them to ask questions and participate in discussions to create an interactive learning environment and immediately apply what they have learned.

Review and evaluation:
During and after the security awareness training, we carry out comprehensive evaluations of click and participation rates to ensure that the training achieves its objectives. In addition, we conduct tests in the form of multiple-choice questions to compare employees’ understanding before and after the training.
