In our eLearning training course ‘Digital First Aider’ in cooperation with Digitrace, you will learn how to prepare for an IT security incident and, in an emergency, either provide first aid yourself or make specific recommendations for action.
Why become a digital first aider?
IT managers often lack the expertise and experience to respond correctly and in a legally compliant manner to IT security incidents. In our e-learning training course, you will learn how to respond effectively: How high is the risk? Is it a minor incident or a major incident with existential consequences for people and the organisation? Who can help, who takes responsibility? What can and cannot be done in the event of an incident from a legal perspective?
Responding correctly to an IT security incident
In our eLearning course on digital first aid, run in cooperation with DigiTrace GmbH in Cologne, you will learn how to respond effectively and prepare for IT security incidents. In six units, we provide you with valuable recommendations and ideas for action to help you understand the basic characteristics of IT security incidents and the ‘toolbox’ of response options, better recognise and classify incidents, and escalate them appropriately.
